Where to visit when booking Turkey villas

Those planning on snapping up some villas in Turkey have been told of the resorts which they should look into.

Didim Today has pinpointed Altinkum as a must-see destination for those visiting the country.

Located on the Aegean coast, the resort's name stands for golden sand and features three of these eye-catching sites.

Within each of these beaches, "the sea is shallow for quite a long way out, which is ideal for families with children who like to have a cooling time in the sea whilst their parents soak up the sun", the news source noted.

Meanwhile, on the southern Aegean coast is the "swollen resort" region of Kusadasi. Once famous for being a small fishing village, the resort is now known for being "packed with curios and carpet shops".

Recently, The Linc writer Sophie Card has suggested those taking holidays in Turkey to explore Turgutries, which again offers views of the Aegean coast, as well as the bustling atmosphere of its weekly market.
