Where to explore when in Turkey villas

Holiday makers who have set their sights on Turkey villas for their summer getaway have been told of the resorts they should visit.

Joanna Marsh, PR co-ordinator for the Turkish Culture and Tourism Office, has suggested Antalya as a perfect stay for tourists.

Also known as the Turkish Riviera, the resort has plenty on offer to interest all members of the family.

Ms Marsh noted: "The combination of long, sandy beaches, world-class golf courses - 13 at the last count - and the fabulous Mediterranean climate makes this one of the fastest growing tourism destinations in Turkey."

Bodrum, Kas and the Cesme Peninsula are also recommended to those occupying villas in Turkey by the expert, though more for those "seeking boutique luxury".

Meanwhile, a TravelBite.co.uk writer has recently acknowledged that the Dalaman coast of Turkey will also make for an essential visit, thanks in part to its "beautiful stretch of sunny shores".
