When booking southern Turkey villas 'consider Marmaris or Alanya'

When taking a trip to villas in Turkey, Brits have been told of the appeal of the country's resorts of Marmaris and Alanya.

For the latter destination, an expert at Didim Today has said that the location "is as classy as the southern coastal towns get".

Some of the highlighting features of Marmaris for those snapping up Turkey villas include the vast amount of quality restaurants, appealing shopping ventures and eye-catching beaches.

Alanya is another southern seaside destination within the country, which offers the chance to view an "impressive 14th century citadel", according to the news source.

"Within its walls are quaint houses, mosques and a Byzantine church decorated with frescoes," they added.

Meanwhile, holiday makers have been told by Tolga Tuyluoglu, UK & Ireland director at the Turkish Culture and Tourism Office, that if they visit Turkey, they will be treated to a range a beach resorts, as well as a rich culture and historical value.
