Brits deciding on where to go for their next villa holiday adventure have been advised to consider a wealth of elements.
Chris Nixon, managing director at Kelkoo Travel, believes that holiday makers should put more thought into a getaway than just the destination choice.
"Our advice would always be to take all factors into account when choosing a holiday, including the cost of flights, accommodation, activities on offer, weather and recommendations from both online reviews and friends and family," he explained.
His advice comes soon after Kelkoo Travel's Best Value Flight Index suggested that long-haul flights could work out at a better value for British tourists than short-haul journeys.
Meanwhile, when it comes to picking out a destination based on its eye-catching beach resorts, Mr Nixon has recommended seeking out Turkey villas in Antalya.
The location was close to the top of the best beach destinations, which was topped by the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria and also featured Egypt's Sharm el Sheikh coastline.
