Rent a Turkey villa in 2010's 'bargain destination of the year'
Families looking for a great value break in 2010 should look at what Turkey villa holidays have to offer.
According to the Sunday Times, tour operators share the view that Turkey will be 2010's bargain destination of the year.
The newspaper pointed out that last year families flocked to Turkish resorts in search of good value as the eurozone became more expensive.
A similar trend is expected over the next 12 months, with holiday makers still hoping to get away without breaking the bank.
However, the publication said local costs, such as eating out, shopping and taxis, have risen as a result of Turkey's growing popularity.
Those renting Turkey villas should therefore shop around during their break to try and get the best possible deals in retail outlets and restaurants.
The resort of Torba could be a great choice for bargain seeking families. Here, holiday makers will find Turkish style open markets where they can barter for gifts and souvenirs.
Both pebbly and sandy beaches can be found near the resort and tourists can also take a ferry to Didyma to visit the Temple of Apollo.
