Holiday in Turkey enjoyed by Natalie Cassidy

Natalie Cassidy has shown how people can stay in shape while relaxing around villas in Turkey this summer.

The former Eastender has been spotted holidaying in the south of the island with her nine-month-old baby daughter Eliza and a friend.

During her stay, Natalie has been accessing plenty of Turkey's Mediterranean waters surroundings, including having fun aboard a jet ski and participating in some relaxing swimming exercises.

Away from the sea, the actress, who shot to fame across the UK through her stint as Sonia Jackson, could be seen doing some yoga routines in between sunbathing sessions.

Natalie also stayed ahead of the bikini style stakes on her holiday, fashionistas may want to note, by wearing a multi-coloured ensemble that easily caught the eye.

There are plenty of places where Brits can also soak up the rays and keep fit while staying in Turkey villas, such as the sun-kissed resorts of Fethiye, Antalya and Kas.
