Holiday makers who book villas in Tenerife – and other Canary islands – will find their vacation spot is easier to access than ever before, once a series of new flights launch.
The Daily Telegraph, noting a number of things that are great about visits to Spanish land this year, says extra services to the region are on the way.
It notes budget carrier Ryanair is one of the first to commit to additional journeys after airport chiefs in the Canaries decided to lower charges in order to entice more business.
Some 112 routes to Tenerife, Lanzarote and other destinations are due to be in operation by the Irish firm, bringing 4.5 million people to the islands.
According to the newspaper, those seeking a low-cost break in a Tenerife villa should look to arrive at off-peak times, as there "should be bargains".
Another Spanish spot worth travelling to is the Costa Blanca, which was recently named by Skyscanner as one of the best-value destinations of the current time.
