Tenerife villa 'offers top sunbathing opportunities'
Sun-seekers may be best advised to book a villa in Tenerife over the coming months if they want to soak up the rays.
Boosh News names the Canary Islands as one of its top five sunbathing destinations in the world, with Tenerife's iconic dark sand perhaps one of the highlights.
Indeed, it is arguably the sand that defines a sun holiday in the Canaries, with some areas boasting pure white beaches and others traditionally darker.
Also worth a visit are the volcanoes in the region, such as El Teide on Tenerife, the news source explains.
And the best base for such an adventure could be deemed by many to be a villa in Tenerife, located in one of the island's most upmarket resorts.
Annie Bennett, writing for the Telegraph, recently suggested the spot, located off the west coast of Africa, is home to one of the region's best beaches - Las Teresitas.
