Pick of the restaurants around Tenerife villas
Brits who are planning a visit to villas in Tenerife have been given some guidance on the places to go to enjoy some succulent recipes.
IslandConnections.eu has detailed its 2011 Tenerife Restaurant Awards, which were picked by readers of the online publication.
Coming in first place was the Tapas Bar La Costa, an eatery based in the sun-kissed destination of Los Cristianos.
Just up the road from the top prized restaurant is Bianco, CC Safari, a venue tucked in the popular resort of Playa de las Americas, which was given second spot in the vote.
People staying in Tenerife villas may also want to check out either the Mongolian BBQ, or Bombay Babu eateries, which are based in Los Cristianos and Torviscas respectively.
There is plenty to see in between meal times on this Canary Island, with the destination also host to the magnificent sight of Mount Teide and a range of landscapes shaped over time by lava rock.
