Outdoor fun at Siam Park 'is great way to spend time on Tenerife holiday'

Booking a holiday in Tenerife for some winter sun over the coming months is sure to be a popular option among British tourists.

But some may be wondering how to spend their days on the picturesque Spanish island once they arrive – something they have now been helped with.

Loro Parque Group suggests visiting Siam Park, Europe's newest water adventure zone, promising waves, pools and splashes of 24 degrees Celsius.

Those who travel to the attraction may be impressed by its signature ride, the Tower of Power, from which people experience an adrenaline-packed 28-metre fall on their backs.

There is also the Mai Thai River experience to look forward to, as well as a white, sandy beach and a host of other rides.

Perhaps best of all, visitors to the park can opt to glide through a clear tube that passes inside a tank filled with sharks.

According to a recent report by Travel Weekly, holidays in Tenerife are set to be heavily promoted this winter by the island's tourism board.
