Get in the carnival spirit by snapping up Tenerife villas

Families who are hoping to indulge in something that is unique during their next getaway may want to consider taking a trip to villas in Tenerife.

Next month will see the popular Canary Island holiday hotspot being transformed to honour the Puerto de la Cruz International Carnival.

Deemed one of Tenerife's most traditional attractions, the event takes place across the island's resort of Puerto de la Cruz between February 12th and 26th.

Throughout this time, holiday makers have the chance to get involved in activities such as seeing the Election of the Queen and the Matar la Culebra - Killing the Snake - celebration.

Many photo opportunities are set to become available to those snapping up Tenerife villas to coincide with the carnival as well, with the Starting Parade and the Apotheosis Parade both taking place.

Golf fans are also in for a treat if they book up holidays to Tenerife in the months to come, seeing as though the Tenerife Golf Trophy is coming to the island this April and is open to all participants.
