bmibaby to offer new flight paths to the south of France

Brits looking to head off on a retreat to villas in the south of France will soon have more options to do so.

That is after low-cost airline bmibaby revealed that it has launched a couple of new flight routes to coincide with the beginning of the ski season.

From December 16th, families will be given the opportunity to travel from East Midlands airport to Chambery.

The French destination packs in a host of exciting museums to visit, including Sciences and Techniques Gallery and the Andre Malraux cultural centre, while only being a short trip from the metropolis of Lyon.

People who would prefer to venture to Toulouse can do so with bmibaby flights from East Midlands starting from December 23rd.

Seeking out south of France villas near this city will allow holiday makers to take trips to such dazzling sights as the Garonne and the Canal du Midi.

Julian Carr, managing director, bmibaby, commented: "As the gateways to the best French ski resorts both in the Alps and the Pyrenees, the new routes will enhance our appeal to skiers and snowboarders."
