People looking to experience a getaway to a ski resort in the months ahead have been urged to snap up villas in the south of France.
Nadine Hallak, travel expert for Cheapflights.co.uk, believes that there are plenty of eye-catching destinations in the French mountains to make for an ideal getaway.
For one, she pointed out that La Grave should make for an entertaining retreat, especially since it is decorated with "untouched, open powder fields".
"However, with a vertical drop of 2,100m, it's not a place for the faint-hearted and should only be attempted with a guide," Ms Hallak was keen to note.
Booking up south of France villas near to Chamonix was also recommended by the expert, who acknowledged that "the resort is a world class winter ski destination" which is surrounded by "the majestic Mont Blanc".
Recently, Whitney Baker told Business 2 Community that Chamonix is also a favourable retreat for such celebrities as the Beckham family.
