South of France villas: Why Brits should visit St Tropez

Brits who have decided to spend their summer holiday in South of France villas may want to check out the sites of St Tropez.

The venue is most recognisable for its luxury super yachts, which grace the destination's harbour, as well as a raft of designer boutiques and scrumptious eateries.

However, a Travelbite.co.uk writer pointed out that St Tropez should also appeal to those hoping to get away from the beach and into more activity pursuits.

For example, there are a host of "beautiful coastal walks" within the South of France location, with guided nature walks allowing holiday makers to explore sites like Cap Camarat and Cap Taillat.

"Other popular attractions that can be enjoyed [in St Tropez] … include the impressive Musee de l'Annonciade, which is home to a fascinating collection of modern art," the writer added to those seeking out holiday villas in the South of France.

TravelBite.co.uk also highlighted the appeal of Provence to overseas travellers recently, noting that the location "boasts a mild climate, delicious local cuisine and spectacular natural scenery".
