Reasons to snap up villas in France's Dordogne region
Holiday makers have been told of why they should consider booking up villas in the south of France region of Dordogne.
The getaway hot spot is home to "charming vistas, wonderful wines and exquisite cuisine", according to a writer at TravelBite.co.uk.
Dordogne also offers a ton of "picturesque landscapes and taste bud-tickling treats" for tourists to explore as well, according to the source.
One of the towns to take a trip to while in south of France villas within this region is Souillac, the expert advised.
This is because the resort comes with a chance to explore the historical sight of a Benedictine abbey and is only a short journey away from the French destination of Sarlat too.
Brits who instead choose to spend some of their summer in villas near to Nice have been advised to go in search of some fairly unknown vineyards in the region by Jessika Bettan, marketing attache at the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Nice.
