Reasons to consider buying property while on France holidays

People seeking out holidays in France or Spain should consider undertaking their getaway with the aim of purchasing property abroad.

This is after Liz Rowlinson, editor of Aplaceinthesun.com, acknowledged that both European countries have favourable living conditions at the moment.

She pointed out that many people who are looking into acquiring a home overseas are opting for "safe and established locations", as a result of the pressures which have mounted as a result of the unstable economy.

Therefore, Ms Rowlinson advised: "France [is popular] because of its easy access, regulated, stable market and good mortgage packages at the moment."

Spain, meanwhile, offers an attractive climate the whole year round, on top of eye-catching beach sceneries, the expert went on to note.

Recently, travel writer Jim Wildman acknowledged to the Shropshire Star that the French resort of Brittany is always appealing for getaways or long-term stays, thanks to it being "home to seemingly endless beautiful, sandy beaches and rocky headlands".
