How to make money go further when visiting ski resorts

Holiday makers do not need to worry about breaking the bank when they head to south of France villas near to a ski resort.

Directski.com has looked to give tourists a helping hand to make sure that they do not rack up a massive bill while showing off their skills on the slopes.

Planning and preparation is one of the main messages which the organisation was keen to stress.

For example, the firm pointed out that carrying water from a resort will mean that holiday makers do not need to part with some of their cash when they get thirsty on the piste.

Buying thick ski socks also ensures that Brits do not need to worry about spending money on blister plaster packs, while it may prove wiser to hire ski boots instead of purchasing a pair which may only be used for a few weeks in a year.

Those taking a trip to a ski resort in the future may be surprised to have Britney Spears as a neighbour, after the pop sensation recently revealed to Stylist magazine that such a getaway would be her dream vacation.
