Anybody preparing for their stay in a villa in the south of France might appreciate a trip to the Cathedrale D'Images.
According to the Gladstone Observer, this magnificent disused bauxite mine offers a unique and authentic experience to tourists.
However, its location off the beaten track means that many holiday makers may miss it - so it could be wise to plan a visit in advance.
"Inside the lofty expanse of the mine in a series of immense connecting galleries, gigantic images are projected onto the walls, the ceiling, the floor to present a slide-show so theatrical it saps the breath," the news source claims, noting it is an overload of the senses in a splendid way.
In addition, it shows France off beautifully, if locals are to be believed.
One person who may have recently booked a villa in the south of France is The X Factor judge Dannii Minogue.
The Daily Mail reports she recently took a break in the country with her partner and baby son.
