Get into wine on a Cote d'Azur villa holiday

Holiday makers staying in Cote d'Azur villas in June will be able to arrange a trip to the glamorous celebrity hotspot of Monte Carlo to attend a wine festival.

Due to take place between June 5th and 7th this year, the Monte Carlo Wine Festival is mainly based at the Auditorium Rainier III.

It features a variety of events that are designed to showcase a range of wineries, from traditional brands to more modern, innovative producers.

According to the organisers of the festival, its philosophy is to promote wineries that "want to reflect the identity of their terroirs" within a glass of wine.

People staying in Cote d'Azur villas will be able to arrange a trip to Monte Carlo to take part in a range of events this year, including tasting sessions featuring a number of popular products.

There will also be art shows featuring pieces inspired by wine and promotions at local restaurants and bars.

Monte Carlo is a district within the principality of Monaco, a destination that provides an enticing day trip opportunity for people staying in south of France villas.
