Art lovers who are looking to enjoy an exciting trip overseas could find a stay in south of France villas the perfect choice.
The French city of Marseille is home to a couple of art museums which are each sure to make for an interesting day out.
Venturing inside Musee Cantini will allow holiday makers to look upon a host of eye-catching art which are dated between 1900 and 1960.
Areas of art covered inside the facility include works which highlight early Cubism, neo-impressionism and the two world wars.
Once every corner of Musee Cantini has been explored, Brits may then want to seek out a visit to the Museum of African, Native American and Oceanian Arts.
It is the only French museum dedicated to ethnography outside Paris and allows tourists to study items which were created in some of the world's most diverse nations.
Stand-out exhibits include a collection of 87 West African masks, 90 human skulls from Gastaut and native art from Vanuatu.
