Enjoy fireworks and music on a south of France villa holiday

People staying in Provence villas during a south of France holiday this summer might be interested in paying a visit to Antibes Juan-les-Pins during their break.

The town, which is located in the Alpes Maritimes area, will host its annual Pyromelodique Festival from August 5th to 24th.

Some 10,000 people visit the destination for the event, which features spectacular fireworks shows with musical accompaniment.

Visitors will be able to set off from their Provence villas to see one of the first three shows in the bay of Juan-les-Pins on August 5th, 10th and 15th.

The final event will take place at Plage du Fort Carre on August 24th to celebrate the liberation of Antibes.

Several festivals and shows have been held in Antibes Juan-les-Pins this year, including the 50th Jazz a Juan festival, which got underway earlier this month and will reach its conclusion on July 25th.

People planning to visit the destination during a south of France villa holiday can also check out some of its permanent attractions, such as the Picasso Museum and the vibrant yachting harbours.
