X Factor judge Dannii Minogue took a holiday in the south of France in the run-up to the weekend's live show, according to reports.
The Australian is said to have jetted off to the region with partner Kris Smith and their new baby for a few days in the sun.
It is thought that Minogue returned to the UK in time for X Factor dress rehearsals on Friday (November 19th), before one of her acts – Paije Richardson – was voted off the programme on Sunday.
The judge enjoyed time on the French Riviera, where she may have marvelled at the history and culture of local towns and villages, tucked in to delicious cuisine or simply soaked up the rays.
Her decision could even tempt reality television fans to follow in the footsteps of their idol and book a holiday in the south of France themselves.
Minogue is now mentor to only one remaining act in this year's X Factor – Matt Cardle – although he is the bookmakers' favourite to win.
