Attractive sights to see when staying in Biarritz villas
People who decide to book villas in the south of France near to Biarritz will have plenty of breathtaking sights to explore in the city.
The resort is awash with attractions for Brits to seek out, including its famous lighthouse, which has dominated its shoreline since the mid 1800s.
Families who venture inside the Biarritz Lighthouse will want to brace themselves for 248 steps to climb to its viewing point.
However, the pay off will be a unique view over the French city from 73 metres above sea level, while it is also possible to view Spain from the attraction.
A walk over Biarritz's Rocher de la Vierge bridge is encouraged to holiday makers too, seeing as though the rock on the other side is home to a statue of the Madonna.
The feature was built onto the location back in 1865 and today provides an ideal photo opportunity.
When it comes to exploring the rest of the city, Brits could enjoy resting their feet and hopping on Le Petit Train de Biarritz.
The city centre and port are just a couple of locations which can be viewed while riding on this transport.
