Appeal of a trip to Monaco while in south of France villas

While on visits to villas in the south of France, holiday makers may be interested in taking a day out to visit Monaco.

The country has been showered with praise by Stephan Roberge, managing director of the Monaco Government Tourist Authority & Convention Bureau, who believes that there is plenty of appealing features regarding this destination.

He pointed out: "There is something for everybody, not only the rich and famous. [It has a] broad appeal."

This is especially the case during the winter months, Mr Roberge acknowledged, with a wide array of activities set to be hosted around Monaco in the near future.

"In January, for example, we have the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo … It's a very well-known circus festival with all of the famous faces in that world," the expert stated.

For people still deciding where to stay while taking holiday to south of France villas, Giuseppe Cosmai, general manager of Le Mas Candille, pointed out that, in his opinion, Provence is "one of the best regions in the world".
