Lined with quaint, pastel coloured houses, historic Stintino offers a taste of the authentic Italian lifestyle. Deep inlets are home to two harbours which are lined with charming restaurants specialising in unique fish dishes, local to the area. There are many activities on offer, and the annual boat race at the end of August is one of the highlights. The area is renowned for some of the best beaches in Italy, particularly La Pelosa, which has fine white sand and crystal azure sea, more typical of tropical locations.

Torre delle Stelle, known as the ‘Tower of the Stars’, is a popular resort surrounded by two fantastic, white sandy beaches, a few local restaurants and a mini market. Many of our villas here enjoy wonderful sea views across the Gulf of Cagliari.
Borgo Degli Ulivi Residence, Arbatax 2 2 hrs 30 mins from Cagliari Time from airport
Located within a short distance of some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, Borgo degli Ulivi Residence is ideal relaxing or exploring the area. The apartments have been built to echo the architectural style to be found in the area. A number of facilities are available within the complex, including a large communal swimming pool, bar, laundrette, and cycle hire. The nearby town of Arbatax is a small harbour town located on Sardinia’s east coast. Here you will find a beautiful white sandy beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the excellent climate. This attractive town is set amid colourful countryside and backed by spectacular mountain scenery.

Capitanna is a small and peaceful residential development located in the south of the island – perfect for relaxing or exploring some of the history and natural beauty of Sardinia. Within the area you will find a local mini-market, restaurant and café, as well as a sandy beach that extends from the island’s capital, Cagliari. This beautiful and historic city is just a 20 minute drive from the resort with many historical sights, excellent restaurants and a great selection of shops. The harbour is a great place to sit for hours and watch the world go by in one of the many restaurants, bars or cafes along the waterfront.

This quiet seaside town is situated to the east of Cagliari and offers an ideal base for exploring the south east coast of Sardinia. The area offers several bars and restaurants, whilst a 15 minute drive will take you into the centre of Cagliari where you will find an abundance of eateries as well as many historical sites to explore. Flumini boasts its own uncommercial beach or whilst several other beaches are also located within a short drive including Poetto, Cagliari's most popular beach.
