Reasons to seek out Menorca villas around Mahon
Brits who are pondering where to fly out to for their late summer holiday may want to consider snapping up villas in Menorca near to Mahon.
The capital city of the Spanish island has a couple of exciting attractions which is sure to keep all family members entertained during their stay.
For one, the resort will be hosting the Mare de Deu de Gracia Festival between the dates of September 6th and 9th.
Free to enter, the attraction is home to a local horse stables parade, which allows holiday makers to glance upon an array of magnificent black beauties.
Upon the activities that these animals participate in during the show include equestrian games and jousting.
Once the festival has drawn to a close, Brits staying in Menorca villas may want to head along to the Mao Scientific, Artistic and Literary Centre in Mahon.
First established in 1905, the venue is open throughout each week and houses a host of art exhibitions and a Natural History Museum, the latter of which allows families to see many stuffed animals.
