How to cut the cost of travelling to Menorca villas

When it comes to finding holiday deals, such as snapping up value-for-money villas in Menorca, Brits have also been urged to compare the prices of various airports in the UK.

Nadine Hallak, a travel expert for Cheapflights.co.uk, has pointed out that a considerable amount of money could be saved by looking at various departure airports for a getaway, which could then enhance the amount of spending money carried.

She explained: "When budget is a priority and travellers are looking to either save or stick within budget as much as possible, it's certainly worth shopping around to compare prices from different airports."

However, Ms Hallak was keen to stress that when it comes to looking at a travel hub that is not local, Brits should calculate the cost of travelling to the airport and back to see if savings can still be made.

For those hoping to save cash when flying out to Menorca villas, Cheapflights.co.uk found in recent research that Manchester International was the most affordable airport in the UK this summer.
