"Just a quick line to say how pleased we were with our recent holiday in Menorca. Our villa was spacious, well appointed and very clean, and the pool was an added bonus. The collection and return of our hire car (arranged by yourselves) went smoothly and the visit to our villa by your representstive was appreciated. We had a wonderful time."

"Generally excellent for what we needed on this holiday. The only tiny critisism of the villa is that it was a little short on utensils compared to a previous villas we have used. For example, whilst there was a lovely built in barbeque, there were no BBQ tongs/tools supplied (though we bought some and left them there so this may now be rectified). There was no water/sangria jug and very few utensils generally. Very minor irritations though."

"Our holiday was in the main excellent. The furniture in the lounge wasn't the most comfortable to sit if you were spending a night in but overall the villa was superb. Our rep was very good and fixed the problems we had, with little fuss and good efficiency. A map of our resort would have been useful in the first few days but it wasn't that large so we quickly got used to it. Overall we were extremely happy with the product we paid for, will use you in the future and will recommend you to anyone who asks."

"I would like to thank our villa rep for being so helpful in arranging for a doctor to visit our son who was unwell with severe ear pain. Her prompt response ensured that our son was seen by a doctor very quickly. The service was excellent. She was even kind enough to text us on our return home to find out how he was. Please ensure that this is conveyed to her as she is brilliant at her job!!"

"Overall a lovely holiday - villa basic but clean - pool and location excellent! Very accurate description of surroundings and local area. An ideal choice if you have young children but don't want anything too 'touristy.' The people are very friendly and welcoming - we were allowed access to all facilities at Sa Paissa whilst we waited for our return flight and, on that point one suggestion for improvement? Either the facility to leave villa later if you have a later flight or a designated area for leaving luggage so allowing you freedom to enjoy last day of holiday?"
