Mallorca villa holiday is "perfect" for two-wheeled travellers
Travel writer Kate Spcier of the Times has described Mallorca as "perfect" for amateur cyclists who like to take in fresh mountain area and witness breathtaking views.
On one cycling trip Ms Spcier said she reached an "endorphin-induced heaven" that was capped off with awe-inspiring views over the mountain forests that provided "ambrosia for the eyes and nose".
For holiday makers whose preferred method of transport is bicycle then a villa in the relaxed and picturesque Pollensa could be the perfect place.
There are many places available to hire bikes in the area and the gentle sea breeze at Puerto Pollensa will keep you cool during the summer months.
The more adventurous could even tackle the long cycle path that runs from Puerto Pollensa to the resort of Alcudia.
