Mallorca villa guests to experience Thursday Night Fever
Holiday makers staying in Mallorca villas this summer could see the benefit of the Thursday Night Fever programme.
The initiative will run in Palma throughout July, August and September.
On every Thursday night in these months, opening hours at shops, leisure venues and cultural institutes will be extended to 23:30.
Local transport services will also run later into the evening during the season.
Travellers taking Mallorca villa holidays will be able to see street performances on Thursday nights and take advantage of discounts at retail outlets, bars and restaurants.
More information about the Thursday Night Fever season is available from tourism offices around the city.
One of the highlights of the current cultural programme in Palma is the exhibition Women: A Mirror of Culture, which highlights the role of women in different societies and communities throughout history.
Mallorca villa guests should head to the CaixaForum in Plaza de Weyler to see the display, which will run until July 25th.
