Over 3,000 spectators gather to watch the strange ceremony every year as locals dive into the water to grab as many of the small yellow trophies as they can.
Children may be especially delighted at the sight of so many toy ducks bobbing about in the water, so families with little ones could head to C'an Picafort to watch.
The resort of Alcudia is close by and Mallorca villa holidays here may be well suited to those with children to entertain.
As well as a long sandy beach there is also a water park where holiday makers can enjoy a fun day out.
A wide variety of shops, restaurants and other amenities means those who enjoy a lively holiday will never get bored.
