Have a gran-tastic time in Cala d'or

Holiday makers that are travelling with three generations will "adore" Cala D'or, according to the Mirror's Vicky Mayer.

Ms Mayer said that the resort on the east coast of Mallorca offers something for everyone, with fantastic coves and a bustling town without the off-putting "dusk-until-dawn drinking".

"It is great for teenagers who want their first taste of independence and perfect for little ones who just want to enjoy the beach, the swimming pool and making new friends," she claimed.

Families embarking on a villa holiday at Cala D'or will be surprised by its versatility and those that want to rent a car can load up the vehicle with their three generations and explore other stunning, often deserted, coves around the area.

Ms Mayer also advised those renting a car to mark a date in their diary to visit the water park at S'Arenal.
