Those looking to enjoy a cycling holiday have been encouraged to snap up villas in Mallorca to explore sights off the beaten tourism tracks.
A writer at Travelbite.co.uk reported that the popular Spanish island offers "a unique perspective on life", which can be explored fully while travelling on two wheels.
Another appealing aspect of Mallorca for cycling ventures is the vast ranges of locations that can be visited there.
The writer explained: "You'll be able to enjoy the contrast of beaches, mountain peaks, rolling farmland and fragrant orchards all in a single holiday."
When deciding where to ride while staying in the Spanish holiday hot spot, the expert recommended starting at the coastal plain of Migjorn and travelling to Es Pla - highlighted by its "beautiful rolling hills" and "slowly-turning windmills".
