Book a Mallorca holiday and be spoilt for choice

Mallorca is "packed" with things to do and see, according to one journalist who claimed holiday makers will be spoilt for choice.

In an article for Golf International, David Brice said the island is "overflowing" with an "astonishing array" of sights and attractions.

"Whether you are looking for history, culture, scenery, beaches, fine dining or entertainment, Mallorca simply has more of everything," he stated.

The island has a diverse natural beauty that will appeal to walkers, cyclists and those who simply appreciate the environment.

It also has an "infinite array" of golden sandy beaches for those who love nothing more than relaxing by the sea.

But Mallorca also has some "big city charms" with is capital Palma offering everything from museums and art galleries to shopping arcades and lively cafes.

Mr Brice said that with so much going on, it may be difficult to fit everything into one trip, so holiday makers will want to return.

Perhaps the best place to stay is in a Mallorca villa in Cala d'Or, where there are a range of amenities and day trips on offer.

Families will also be in a great location to visit some of the island's other main resorts and attractions, including the fishing village of Porto Petro.
