Become a gastronome while on a Mallorca villa holiday
Food lovers planning a Mallorca villa holiday may wish to broaden their culinary knowledge at a renowned cookery class.
Fosh Food in Palma offers people the chance to attend a hands-on cookery demonstration and dinner.
The Show-Cooking class focuses on a market-fresh, themed three-course menu, which the students are able to indulge in after they learn the "technique and philosophy behind the dishes", states the establishment.
The classes run for two hours, from 8pm to 10pm, and the average price of 45 euros includes the demonstration, dinner, house wine, water, coffee and taxes.
The Fosh Food establishment specialises in modern Mediterranean dishes with hints of South East Asian.
Mallorca presents holiday makers with an array of beautiful golden beaches, secluded sandy bays and traditional mountain villages.
After attending the cooking demonstration, walk off your indulgences by taking an after dinner stroll along the beach and watch the sun set over the bay.
Why not put your new found cooking knowledge to the test in your own villa, heading to the local markets to source fresh produce.
