The picturesque town of Cesena lies just outside Le Marche in the neighbouring province of Emilia-Romagna. Cesena remains off the tourist trail, but teems with history and culture. Known for being the birthplace of three popes, the town boasts the Teatro Comunale Alessandro Bonci – a classic Italian opera house, and a magnificent castle overlooks the city. Inside the castle, you will encounter the fantastic renaissance-style Malatestiana Library which contains many valuable manuscripts. Our property is located in a peaceful, rural area just a short drive from the centre of Cesena.

Pietrantica is a renovated Italian farm estate located a short drive from the old town of Arcevia where there is a selection of shops and restaurants. Sitting atop a low hill the estate enjoys fabulous panoramic views of the Appennine hills and provides a great base for discovering this peaceful area of Italy, with the Adriatic coast, Tuscany and Umbria all within day trip distance. The charming, medieval towns of Jesi and Stafolo are close by whilst the city of Ancona, with its port and wealth of cultural attractions is just over 60 kms away.
