Visit Lanzarote to seek out unique attractions
Those hoping to explore some unique sights while enjoying a relaxing getaway should have plenty to entertain all the family around Lanzarote villas.
Nestled in the popular Canary Island hotspot is the Rancho Texas Park, while a short trip across the sea allows people to take in the stunning views of La Graciosa Island.
The Rancho Texas Park is located in Lanzarote’s resort of Puerto del Carmen and allows parents and kids to both take part in fun-filled activities.
For instance, exotic creatures such as alligators, parrots, iguanas, armadillos and turtles can all be viewed up close inside this attraction.
The park is also home to a succulent all-you-can-eat BBQ, complete with a raft of lip-licking drinks, to ensure all members of the family are catered for.
Meanwhile, La Graciosa Island is based just north of Lanzarote and stands out for being a location which is made entirely from volcanic rock.
While in the location, holiday makers can relax on an array of long, unspoilt beaches or visit Caleta del Sebo, the island’s main town.
