Ryanair opens up new flights to Lanzarote villas

Brits seeking out villas in Lanzarote this summer will have a wealth of new travel opportunities in order to do so.

That is because low-cost airline Ryanair has revealed new services to the popular Canary Island location from a dozen European airports.

Among these hubs, the list of British airports which now offer new routes to Lanzarote are Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford, Luton and Stansted.

Each of these Ryanair flights will fly into Arrecife airport, which then provides an easy gateway to plenty of popular locations in the Canary Island destination.

The airline is hoping that the new launches will see 1.2 million passengers being carried in its initial year of operations, with a total of 150 flights to Lanzarote per week.

Once in Lanzarote villas, holiday makers will be able to relax in average temperatures that reach 29 degrees C during August and see such stunning beaches as those in Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
