Revised bus service provides easy access around Lanzarote villas

People who are seeking out villas in Lanzarote this summer will have more opportunities to sample the Canary Island upon their stay.

This is thanks to some new bus services that will provide an appealing connection between the resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca.

People who catch the new number 61 will be able to begin their journey in Puerto del Carmen before visiting such locations as Costa Mar, Centro Comercial Atlantico, Puerto Calero and finally Playa Blanca itself.

Of course, the route will also be available in reverse to, for when tourists want to return to their Lanzarote villas.

This service will run hourly from 07:45 local time every weekday to the final boarding time of 22:35, giving Brits plenty of time to explore the sights on offer.

Recently, a TravelBite.co.uk writer advised a stay or a trip to Lanzarote's Playa Blanca, as "it's quieter and perfect for a relaxing break" when compared to other resorts on the island.
