Lanzarote villas: Celebrity 5 Go To… takes place in Canary Islands

Brits planning on taking up holiday villas in Lanzarote this summer may be interested to hear that a reality show is coming to the destination.

The new series of Celebrity 5 Go To… will be featured within resorts of the Canary Island hot spot.

Filming has already taken place in Lanzarote, starting over the Easter Weekend and concluding last Friday (April 29th).

However, Brits who want to have a glimpse over the location before they book up Lanzarote villas will be pleased to hear that the programme airs on Channel 4 in June.

Some of the celebrities taken part in the latest Celebrity 5 Go To… are Paul Gascoigne's glamour model daughter Bianca Gascoigne and Coronation Street actor Ken Morley.

The locations appearing on the show include Arrecife and Lanzarote's neighbouring island of La Graciosa.

Past series' of Celebrity 5 Go To… has seen contestants take part in challenges in locations around Turkey and South Africa.
