Lanzarote to host two classical music concerts
Music lovers with some time on their hands may want to take up last minute flights to villas in Lanzarote.
The popular Canary Island destination will be host to a pair of classical music concerts at the end of the month.
Between October 29th and 30th, Lanzarote's Bodega Stratvs and Camel House venues will be host to a trio of great names in the industry.
Jennifer Pike, who was named the BBC's Young Musician of the Year back in 2002, will showcase her skills on the violin.
Meanwhile, piano recitals will be displayed by composer and music teacher Jeremy Pike and Dublin's young music starlet Arsha Kaviani.
A host of well-known classical works are set to be heard during the performance, including compositions by Kaviani, Debussy and Chopin.
People staying in Lanzarote villas over the next few months also have the chance to get involved in the 6th Arte Lanzarote Bienal, which will see events being held across the island in recognition of the occasion.
