Holiday makers advised to take a tour on Lanzarote holiday
People heading to the Canary island of Lanzarote for a holiday have been urged to take a tour of the area in order to enjoy its beauty.
Stella Kaye, writing an article for Helium, says many of the island's main attractions can be seen simply by spending one day on a coach or bus.
For those who decide not to hire a car, an organised tour is a "must", she notes.
"A round trip will allow the visitor to appreciate the best features of the island and give adequate time for photographs. A stop for lunch is often incorporated into such an outing," Ms Kaye explains.
The writer explains it is best to enjoy the journey near the beginning of a break - and then if there is anywhere that travellers would like to return to they have plenty of time to do so.
Ms Kaye last week said people would feel "in awe of nature" during a holiday in Lanazarote.
