Head to Lanzarote villas to see romantic and classical show

Music fans may want to look at taking last minute flights to Lanzarote villas, in order to head along to a romantic and classical concert.

The event will be held in the Canary Island's hot spot of Cueva de los Verdes on September 3rd, with proceedings getting underway at 21:00 local time.

Taking to the stage to play out an array of entertaining musical themes will be Jose Maria Curbelo, who will be on piano, as well as bassoonist Salva Sanchis.

Attendees to the show will be able to listen to such renditions as Elgar's Romanza, Ravel's Habanera and Bernstein's song Cool, taken from hit musical West Side Story.

Brits who snap up tickets for the attraction after booking into nearby villas in Lanzarote will also be treated to a complementary glass of local wine upon their arrival.

Recently, the Cabildo of Lanzarote released figures which revealed that 186,728 people had visited the main tourist venues of the popular Canary Island destination in June.

This number is up 8.43 per cent when compared to the admissions granted to the same attractions in June 2010.
