Free Lanzarote holiday guide now available

People planning Lanzarote villa holidays this summer will be able to make the most of their trip with the help of a new guide.

The publication has been made available for free on the Lanzarote Guidebook website.

All sorts of useful tools and information feature in the book, including maps of each resort and the capital city of Arrecife.

People planning to do some exploring during a Lanzarote villa holiday will be interested in a list of the island's most impressive beaches, as well as details of kayak tours, submarine voyages and other excursions.

Art enthusiasts can use the guide to learn more about Cesar Manrique, who was born on the island and played an important part in a campaign to ensure that it did not lose its character when it began to attract tourists.

There will be several events for Britons planning Lanzarote villa holidays to attend over the coming months, such as the Jazz Canarias festival in July and the Nuestra Senora del Carmen celebrations in August.
