Art lovers staying in Lanzarote villas should check out Tias

Brits who are heading to Lanzarote villas but are hoping to explore the skills of talents closer to their homeland should head to the resort of Tias this summer.

That is because the destination's venue of Ermita San Antonio will be showcasing the artistic works of London-based personality Rowan Newton.

Set to take place from June 16th to July 23rd, holiday makers will be able to view some sharply-coloured canvases that have been put together by Newton.

The free event will also be taking in work from a number of graffiti artists from locations across both the Canary Islands and mainland Spain.

Atchen Pounapal, Cesc Grane and Madrileno Juan Zamora are just a few of the other names who will be exhibiting their work for those taking trips to villas in Lanzarote to see.

Meanwhile, music-loving Brits will not want to miss Jazz Canaries when the event descends onto the Canary Island hot spot from July 1st.

The 20th edition of the attraction will have performances from a number of skilled African musicians.
