The couple, who got back together recently following a brief split, will be jetting off to the Balearic island in August to enjoy an Ibiza holiday in a beautiful private villa.
According to a friend of the pair, Zane booked the Ibiza holiday so he could spend some quality time with the actress and model and prove how much he loves her.
"Things are not 100 per cent right between them yet and they've still got a lot to sort out," the friend reportedly said. "The holiday will hopefully do that."
During their Ibiza villa holiday Zane and Brook could spend some time rekindling their romance in the beautiful Old Town, where the cobbled streets and an old cathedral cannot fail to ignite their passions.
The Old Town also boasts a number of museums and galleries as well as designer boutiques and traditional Spanish restaurants where they can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner.
