He was pictured having fun in the sea as his companions looked on laughing.
The newspaper reports that the holiday was a special one for the Liverpool player and his wife, as they were celebrating their second wedding anniversary.
Gerrard is not the only celebrity who has been spotted in Ibiza recently.
According to Ibiza Spotlight, tennis ace Rafa Nadal is rumoured to be buying a villa on the island, while chef Juan Mari Arzak, who owns a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastian, has also been seen holidaying there.
Those who want to relax on Ibiza's beautiful beaches could rent a villa in the village of San Agustin, which is situated along a stunning sandy coastline.
