Ibiza holidays 'are a tranquil paradise'
Booking an Ibiza holiday introduces holidaymakers to a "magical" paradise that is worlds away from the daily grind, a spokesperson for the Spanish Property Owners Guild commented.
Paul Bradley explained that in the battle between Ibiza's party culture and its historic culture, idyllic landscape and family-friendly quaintness, the latter is winning out.
Citing "quiet coves, lovely water and great sailing opportunities", Mr Bradley observed that the isle's towns and villages each has its own cuisine, architecture, culture and perhaps language.
"Ibiza therefore appeals to those seeking tranquility and escapism. James Blunt lives there and many celebs return on a regular basis to enjoy its magical properties," he said.
There are four main Balearic Islands, a term which refers to those located between Spain - the islands' parent nation - and the North African coast.
