The Brazilian star was spotted leaving the Spanish island with beau Tom Brady recently.
It was the latest stop on a tour undertaken by Gisele to promote Vogue sunglasses, which took in a number of European hotspots before the Ibiza holiday.
The Spanish destination is famed for its hot weather and family-friendly atmosphere and is a favourite with a number of celebrities looking for sun, sea, sand and a break from the daily grind.
Other famous fans of the destination include James Blunt, who purchased his own Ibiza villa in 2006.
And if a recent report in the Independent is to be believed, the destination could soon be a hit with a more socially responsible breed of traveller.
Josefa Mari, head of Ibiza's tourism and economic department, told the newspaper that the island was looking to heighten its commitment to the environment.
