Music fans may want to snap up villas in Gran Canaria when they hear that US icon Bruce Springsteen is preparing to perform on the popular Canary Island.
The New Jersey-born singer-songwriter is set to bring his E Street Band to the Spanish holiday hotspot on May 15th as part of his 2012 tour.
A press conference later today (January 19th) at Madrid's International Tourism Fair will detail the gig, with Gran Canaria's Siete Palmas the intended location for the event.
The Boss has had plenty of success in the music industry, having won nineteen Grammy Awards, a pair of Golden Globes and an Academy Award during his career.
When teaming up with his E Street Band, Springsteen has entertained music lovers with such catchy hits as Born In The USA, Born To Run and Dancing In The Dark.
The Boss will also be heading to Seville, Barcelona and Madrid as part of the Spanish leg of his upcoming tour.
